What’s New In Music
This week in music it goes from hip hop to rock, from Eminem to Cyndi Lauper. If you are looking to add to your CD collection check out some of the ones below. Make sure you get them before supplies runs out.

Eminem, the Dr. Dre found Detroit born rapper, is coming out with his new album titled Recovery. He works with artist such as Lil Wayne, Pink, and Rihanna, so it definitely shows promise. He also works with some big name producers like Just Blaze, DJ Kahlil, and Jim Jonsin. At times Eminem comes off as inspiration and at other simply arrogant, but that just makes him Eminem. This album is packed with 17 tracks, so all Eminem fans need to check this one out.

Cyndi Lauper comes back with her new album Memphis Blues packed with a new blues vibe. Johnny Lang, Ann Pebbles, and B.B. King are just a few people that are featured on this album. If you like new an intriguing music then this may be a vibe that you like, but if you looking for “true” blues music, this one may not be for you.
The Roots finally after a some time and delays a coming out with a new album called How I Got Over. They have an uncanny adaptability with music hip hop to jazz and have proven themselves to well with any genre they try. This album features John Legend more than once and the Dirty Projectors.
Miley Cyrus’s much anticipated album I Can’t Be Tamed actually has backup vocals of Bret Michael on her cover Poison’s classics Every Rose Has Its Thorn. Although she may have given up her show on Disney, this county star is emerging as force to be reckoned with. Maybe the new Britney Spears with less babies and random nudity.
