The Turning Point Of A Latin Jazz Musician

He loves his music with all his heart. He loves his instrument and loves playing it . Here we have a latin jazz musician who at 28 is unbelievably good at his stuff. This is his story in short and what he learned from the experience.

Having a musical background already due to his family his musical Influence comes from his father who himself was a fantastic drummer and guitarist and also played for a band. His mother also encouraged him in his endeavors naturally; his passion for Jazz and music in general grew. He soon formed a band with his school mates and started performing in local bars and also at certain weddings.

What he didn’t know that something unexpected was about to happen and would change his life forever at this time he was at the peak of his career and doing extremely well and also had a wonderful and caring girlfriend! He was in love and was enjoying every moment of his new found success.

One Friday evening as he was heading towards his vocalist’s place for a jam session before performing a show later on he met with a horrible accident. He was hit by a speeding truck that was on the wrong side of the road He knew he was doomed because he saw his hand dangling on the nearby signpost.

In the hospital his girlfriend encouraged him and promised him that all would be fine. But he didn’t think so he was dazed and was thinking about the worst that could happen his life had taken a sudden but unexpected turn and he had no option but to face to it.

His hand had to be amputated and was replaced by a prosthetic one but he kept on playing and strived to be an even better musician. His girlfriend was always there for him and helped him recover from the traumatic incident. His band didn’t break up but played regularly and never declined any offers.

The young man had now had his faith restored and he was trying to move by forgetting the past and focusing on his playing more. His girlfriend was his backbone and helped him recover from the ordeal he also was adjusting to the prosthetic hand everyday and was playing extremely well His band mates were shocked to see that he could play better than a few of them. The accident had taught him an important lesson:never to give up and to always keep moving In the direction of his goals. Music had given him everything he wanted.
