Nashville is in Davidson County, where it is in fact the capital of the state of Tennessee. If you were to Google a map of the state of Tennessee and to try to find Nashville, you would find it located in the north central part of the said map. Murfreesboro is to the South East of Nashville.

Nearly 6,000 men and women went to the first iteration of the Country Music Marathon in the year 2000. Then, in 2008 there were nearly 30,000 entrants. It’s a qualifying event for the Boston Marathon. The route of the Nashville Country Music Marathon starts with Centennial Park and ends outside of LP Field.

The daily newspaper in Nashville is Tennessean. There are several other weekly newspaper media outlets in Nashville, including The Nashville Pride, Nashville Business Journal, among others.
