Once all the songs or files are downloaded from the web, navigate to the folder where the files were saved on the pc and copy those to the PSP device drive. If wanting to transfer music from a CD, you will have to use a CD ripper software to transfer the files from the CD to the computer or PSP device.

When finished downloading tunes to the PSP device, before closing the computer or PSP device off, push the o button on the game console. Then disconnect the USB cord from the PSP device and the PC and also the game console is going to be able to play music.
