The default Picture Style setting is Standard, which produces vivid, sharp images. This setting can be used in a wide variety of conditions and is best for direct printing without post-processing. The Portrait setting produces images with warmer skin tones, which results to a slight increase in contrast and sharpening. For extremely bright, saturated and sharpened images, the Landscape setting is best.

Theres also the Neutral setting, which is the optimal starting point for image-editing in the computer. If you need accurate reproduction of the subjects colors, which is based on colorimetric data, use the Faithful setting. This setting also assumes 5500K light source. If you want your images in black and white, use the Monochrome setting.

It has a Self Cleaning Sensor Unit that uses ultrasonic vibration to remove dust that settles on the sensor.
